Elbow Pain

For elbow pain, it is mainly caused by a chronic tearing injury due to repeated force on the forearm extensor. The patient feels pain in the affected part while gripping or lifting the object. Tennis elbow is a typical example of overwork syndrome and it is more common in tennis and badminton players. Housewives, bricklayers, carpentry and other long- term repeated efforts to do elbow activities are also susceptible to this disease.

Acupuncture is very effective for elbow pain because it can make the movement of QI and blood around the elbow smoother and thus release the pain.
