How we judge our health status

Every one hopes that we can have a healthy body and enjoy the life with family members and friends. Now more and more people pay more attention to their health than before.

Today we will introduce a simple way to judge our health status. It is simple and easy to every one who cares about their health.

First: EATING.

Everybody eats every day. Foods offer energy to our body when we enjoy the great taste. You may pay attention after you finish the meal: if you fell comfortable, it means these foods are suitable for you. if you fell any like acid reflux, bloating, you need to pay attention to these food. Maybe one or two of them are not suitable for you. But if you always have bloating or acid reflux, it means your digestive system has problems. Or you always has no appetite for meal, and fell sleepy after meal etc. All these reaction means your digestive system need care.

Second: DRINK

Second: Drink water. People may fell simple about drink water. Yes, we can find may experts wrote kinds of articles about drinking water. Like every one should drink 8 cups of water every day etc. We can not sure it's correct or not. But we think everybody's health situation is different and we still suggest to drink water according your body's feeling, follow your body's feedback.

From our opinion, more than 60% of our clinic patient has two much moisture inside the body. These people usually fell sleepy after meal. they will fell their hands and legs heavy and do not want to do exercise or outside activities. They prefer to sit or lay down. For these people, they can drink water when they fell thirsty but not suitable at least 8 cups of water every day.

Follow your body's felling, during water when you want. No matter iced water or warm water, the only standard is just you fell comfortable after drinking.
